What can I keep in a hive record?
Inspections, observations, photos, queens, treatments, feedings, harvests, mite washes and tasks stay connected to the relevant hive. This gives you context for the next visit, instead of separate notes for every activity.
Do I need to use voice or AI?
No. You can enter inspections and other activities manually. Voice is another way to capture observations. AI-proposed records are presented for review before you save them.
Which features need ApiNote Pro?
Pro supports more than five hives, unlimited AI voice inspections and assistant use, QR codes, apiary weather and flight-range maps. Free users can manage up to five hives and receive five shared AI credits every seven days. Current subscription plans and prices are shown in the app.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Choose which datasets to export, including hive records, inspections, queens, treatments, harvests, tasks and finances. Each selected dataset has its own CSV file. The export is created on your device and shared only where you choose.
